Kent Police are investigating after a parcel containing several bags of cannabis was delivered to a house in Livingstone Road, Gillingham, on 4 September 2026, with two men making repeated attempts to retrieve it from the homeowner, according to Kent Police.
It arrived at about 1.20pm on Friday 4 September 2026 — just another delivery on a residential street in Gillingham, except this one contained several bags of cannabis. Shortly afterwards, a man turned up at the property in Livingstone Road claiming to be from the delivery company, saying there had been a mix-up and asking for it back. The homeowner wasn’t having it. They had been waiting for a legitimate delivery of their own and refused to hand anything over.
The man came back twice more. On those further visits he was accompanied by another man, the pair insisting the parcel was theirs. The homeowner turned them away each time.
The homeowner called Kent Police. Officers attended and found the parcel contained several bags of cannabis. An investigation is ongoing.
Officers want to trace two men. The first is described as a black man in his 20s, of stocky build, wearing a black and purple cargo-style jacket and black cargo trousers. The second is described as a white man in his early 20s, skinny, clean-shaven and shorter in height, believed to have been wearing jogging trousers.
Anyone in the Livingstone Road area that afternoon who noticed anything unusual is asked to get in touch.
