A man in his 40s was taken to hospital with injuries consistent with stab wounds after an altercation involving six people in Dartford town centre on the evening of Friday 11 September 2026.
According to Kent Police, the incident happened at around 8.30pm on Dartford High Street. It is reported that there was a verbal disagreement between six people, which led to an altercation. A man in his 40s suffered injuries consistent with stab wounds and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Three people were subsequently arrested in connection with the incident: a 33-year-old man, a 49-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman, according to Kent Police. All three remained in custody while enquiries continued.
CCTV footage from the town centre is being reviewed by officers. Kent Police are also appealing for anyone who captured the incident on their mobile phone to come forward.
It is understood that those involved are known to each other.
