According to Kent Police, a group allegedly forced entry to farmland off Rye Lane, Dunton Green, late on Monday 31 August 2026. It is alleged the suspects broke into a kennel and stole a beige lurcher named Ivy before leaving the scene in a silver car.
Kent Police have launched an investigation and are appealing for witnesses, CCTV footage and dashcam recordings from the area between 10.15pm and 11.30pm that night. Officers say they are not ruling out a link to other similar incidents in the Sevenoaks area.
