Kent Police appeal for help after alleged indecent act on Ramsgate Beach

Officers have released a photograph of a man they wish to speak to after an alleged indecent act was reported near East Pier on Ramsgate Beach on 1 August 2026.

Kent Police are seeking help identifying a man following an alleged indecent act on Ramsgate Beach. The incident is said to have happened at around 2pm on Saturday 1 August 2026, on the sand near East Pier. A man is alleged to have behaved indecently while partly clothed.

Officers attended and carried out initial enquiries, taking statements and reviewing witness evidence. An image of a man they want to speak to has since been released. They believe he may have information about what took place.
