A man in his 50s was taken to a London hospital in a serious condition after a collision between a white Volkswagen Polo and a white Mitsubishi Outlander on High Road, Dartford, at 2.30pm on 19 August 2026.
Kent Police are investigating the crash, which happened on a Wednesday afternoon and left a passenger in the Polo seriously hurt. He remains in a serious condition in a London hospital.
The man was travelling as a passenger — not the driver — when the two vehicles collided.
Officers put out a public appeal on 24 August 2026. They want witnesses and anyone with dashcam or other video footage to come forward.
