An 18-year-old motorcyclist died on 19 July 2026, five days after his white Honda CB 125 left Goudhurst Road in Horsmonden and struck a tree. Kent Police are now appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage.
It happened at around 10pm on Tuesday 14 July 2026 on Goudhurst Road, close to the junction with Brick Kiln Lane — not far from Tunbridge Wells. The bike was heading eastbound when it left the road on the offside and hit a tree. Paramedics took the rider to hospital, where he died five days later.
Not the sort of news anyone wants to be writing. But Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is now leading the inquiry, and officers want to hear from anyone who was in the area that night or has dashcam footage from Goudhurst Road around 10pm on 14 July.
