Two men allegedly broke into a garage near Cannon Lane at around 4am on 1 July 2026 and rode away on two of the three stolen bicycles towards Barden Road.

Kent Police are appealing for help after three bicycles worth around £4,000 were allegedly stolen from a garage near Cannon Lane, Tonbridge, in the early hours of 1 July 2026. It is alleged two men forced their way in at around 4am, allegedly took the bikes, and rode two of them off towards Barden Road.

Officers attended and reviewed CCTV footage. Then came the appeal.

Three bikes to look out for: a Whyte Secta with a green frame, a Trek Gravel bike with a black frame, and a Giant full suspension bike — also black. One suspect had on a grey hooded top and dark trousers; the other wore a black hooded top with grey trousers. Not exactly a distinctive look, but the bikes themselves are fairly recognisable.
